Web Maintenance Plans Overview
Juxtaflo Web Studio offers three six-month web maintenance plans to our clients, which provide our clients with several benefits:
- Web maintenance plans streamline the overall administrative process which saves our clients’ time and money. Without a web maintenance plan, website updates are treated as small projects which require the client’s preparation of the summary of work, review and approval of project scope and costs, and review/approval of ad hoc invoices. With a maintenance plan, this process is streamlined. The client simply approves plan and payment schedule in advance, then lets us know the changes on a monthly basis. The rest is up to us.
- Clients pay a reduced hourly rate when on a web maintenance plan, which saves our clients money.
- Clients on a maintenance plan receive priority for website updates.
Plan Cost(s) for Six-Month Maintenance Agreement
Costs vary based on the estimated number of hours needed each month. See below:

Plan Terms:
- Juxtaflo will make basic web updates to your site, not exceed the monthly maintenance hours designated in the plan you select. “Basic web update” examples include text and image changes, or adding a new page. It does not include programming or new custom Flash
projects. - If additional web or graphic design work is needed for that month, the client will be notified and will approve any additional work over the plan limit. Work will be billed by the hour at the hourly rate noted in the selected plan.
- Unused hours do not roll forward to the next month.
- Changes are typically made within 3-5 business days. Client will be notified if changes cannot be made within this time frame.
