Web Designer/Senior Web Designer
We are a small but growing web design firm in Long Beach, California and are looking to hire a web/graphic designer to work in our office on a part-time basis (20-25 hours/week). This will probably grow into a full-time position over time.
General responsibilities:
- You will be designing the "look and feel" of applications, websites and portals. This will include designing the layout, logos, icon, using fonts meticulously and integrating graphics and text.
- You will continually enhance expertise by staying abreast of new developments within web/interface design
- You will be creating websites using XHTML and CSS
- You will be maintaining websites by hand and/or using a content management system.

- Experienced with web design layout, photo manipulation, & GUI development.
- Experienced with W3C XHTML and CSS standards
- Flash, Javascript, 3D, and motion graphics a plus

- Willing to commute to Long Beach, CA and work in our office
- PC-friendly
- Very skilled with Photoshop & Illustrator
- Tapped into the design community, keeping up with the latest design trends.
