Octoberfive Development, LLC, is based out of Long Beach, California. Octoberfive has 30 years of experience in enriching neighborhoods and enhancing the vitality of urban life.

Octoberfive takes pride in the fact that their residential projects are "architecturally a cut above" and when it was time for a website, they wanted to make sure their site reflected this commitment to quality and design. They also needed a way to quickly update the site with news and announcements. And, they needed all this to happen very quickly. They came to Juxtaflo because they knew we could deliver.

For the graphic design, Juxtaflo created a loft look, warm and inviting, promoting the lure of living in an urban environment. By using custom photography, Juxtaflo integrated downtown Long Beach. Juxtaflo also incorporated the wood texture found in Octoberfive's existing printed material so that they'd have consistent marketing materials.

For the news and announcements, Juxtaflo used their custom content management system, Flocast, which allows Octoberfive staff to easily add, edit, and delete news whenever they needed to.

 

Juxtaflo delivered on time and our client was happy with the end result. Since the initial launch, Octoberfive has returned to us for site enhancements such as the Press Telegram loft section and Flash slide show which has kept their site current and interesting. Be sure to check it out!
