She's the Business Manager and is responsible for project management, client relations, business operations, and basic SEO services. Gina has over ten years of corporate business experience in project management, web communication strategy, web content management, business writing, and staffing.

Chad is the President, Creative Director, and Chief Web Designer of Juxtaflo Web Studio. He started this company in 2002 and has many years of experience in business administration, information technology management, client relations, and customer service. He has even more years of experience in web development for a variety of industries and markets. He is all things Flash, Drupal, W3C, XHTML, CSS, & graphic design.

Noah Dziobecki is a multi-faceted designer, developer, and occasional illustrator specializing in interactive design. He balances aesthetics, technology, and message to transform static information into an engaging user experience. From front-end design to back-end programming, Noah brings creativity, an eye for detail, and effective and efficient production practices to all multimedia projects he designs and develops. He is also, at various times, an artist, moderate academic, and computer geek. His educational background is in information and interactive design at the Communication Design department at Parsons School of Design in New York. He now enjoys teaching Flash as an Interaction Design Professor at Otis College of Art + Design in Los Angeles.
